Once you approve the repair, we guide secure shipping or local drop-off to our Los Angeles studio so the piece arrives safely.

Step 4: Repair, Inspect, and Return

After the work is complete, we inspect and clean the piece, then return it insured and ready to wear again.

Important repair notes

Ring sizing is complimentary for Articles of Gold purchases within 30 days of delivery. Some designs, including eternity bands, may have sizing limitations, and we currently work with gold and platinum jewelry only. We strongly recommend insuring any package sent to the studio.
