Avoid ultrasonic cleaners unless we’ve advised it’s safe for your specific piece.

Warranty

Every piece from Articles of Gold is crafted with precision and intended to last a lifetime.
We offer a one-year limited warranty on all our jewelry against manufacturing defects. This includes issues related to craftsmanship but does not cover:

Normal wear and tear,
Accidental damage or loss,
Damage due to improper care, cleaning, or handling,
Repairs performed by third parties

Should an issue arise within this period, our team will inspect the piece and determine whether the repair is covered. If not, we’ll offer a detailed quotation for service.

For heirlooms and custom pieces, we also offer ongoing care services, including cleaning, prong tightening, and professional evaluations.
