Custom Orders

Most custom commissions take about 4 to 6 weeks from design approval to completion. More intricate pieces or special stone sourcing can take longer, and we will guide you on timing as the project takes shape. Please allow about 2 business days for insured shipping once the piece is finished.

Yes. Your piece is covered under our jewelry care and warranty policy for manufacturing issues. Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, or misuse are not covered, but we are always happy to help with care, maintenance, or future repairs.

Finished pieces are shipped fully insured and securely packaged. You will receive tracking once your order is on the way. If you have timing concerns or need a special delivery arrangement, we can discuss that during your project.

Yes. A deposit is required before design and production begin. The amount depends on the scope of the project, and we will outline it clearly before any work starts.
